Refund Policy

At Star Padel, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we use a print-on-demand service, all products are custom-made upon order. Below are our guidelines regarding refunds and returns:

Order Issues & Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains an incorrect print, we will offer a free replacement or a refund. To initiate a claim, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. Use estrellaathletics5@gmail.com to submit your request.

Returns & Exchanges
Since all items are custom-made, we at this time do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind, thank you for your understanding.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once an item is in production, cancellation is not guaranteed, but you can contact us for assistance, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for reprints or refunds if incorrect shipping details were provided at checkout. If an order is undeliverable due to an address error, you may request a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund.

Print Placement & Variations
A slight variation (up to 0.5 inches) in print placement is considered acceptable and will not be considered a defect. Each item is printed uniquely, so minor differences may occur.
